libdata-section-simple-perl software package provides Perl module for reading data from __DATA__ section of the file, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdata-section-simple-perl
libdata-section-simple-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdata-section-simple-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdata-section-simple-perl *
You will get with libdata-section-simple-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
